Co-Author of Kiss, Bow or Shake Hands: How to Do Business
in Sixty Countries

Ms.
Morrison is the co-author of five books, including Kiss,
Bow or Shake Hands: How to Do Business in Sixty Countries.
She conducts seminars in intercultural communications, and has written
on cross-cultural communications for many U.S. and European publications,
including American Airlines' in-flight magazine American Way, Swissair's
Gazette, Sabena's PASSPORT, CEO Magazine, OAG's Frequent Flyer,
and Industry Week online. Terri Morrison has appeared on many media
broadcasts, including CNN, CNBC, and repeatedly on NPR. She serves
on several boards, including the International Academy at Santa
Barbara.
Terri
Morrison is also President and Owner of Getting Through Customs,
a software, training and research firm for international business
travelers. Her firm produces Kiss, Bow or Shake Hands: Expanded
Edition, the leading online reference of global business & social
practices, cognitive styles, export and travel information. Her
