Seminar Overview:

Credibility is an important factor when conducting business internationally. One way to improve that credibility is to become ISO 9001:2000 certified. ISO 9001:2000 has become the internationally accepted standard for quality management. Participants will learn how to implement quality management techniques and be introduced to the tools for continuous improvement.
